fallout 4 FUBAR'd power armor and "Removed Item" problem.

I have this long list of mods and have been trying to avoid wasting an afternoon brute forcing my large mod list and was hoping if there's anyone that has had this problem and solved it somehow. Whenever I pick up an item the game says that the particular item is removed and if I happen to be wearing that item it gets unequipped. And if I drop certain items that I know I didn't steal, it gives me the steal prompt. And I found out that whenever I enter power armor all the armor pieces get removed and into my inventory like everything else, but when I put it on the power armor frame disappears and does that Stretch Armstrong glitch with the armor pieces over my character. After I get out of the power armor I can no longer sprint or see my pipboy. I tried asking the Nexus Discord and nothing, and I've tried everything I can from tutorials and the only thing I can think of is asking the community or brute forcing a 130+ mod list. I have a forum post on the discord with the same user name and a full list of my downloads from Nexus.
