mod suggestion Anyone attempted creating the red outfit seen in US Cracks Kiroshi Opticals ad?

Hi,

has anyone came across of tried to create outfit seen in the screenshot below? I think I should be able to find gloves, and maybe tatoos, but have not seen anything close to the hoodie, and facemask is definetly not there. Kinda bums me oout that game has ads, and NPCs dress in such a variety of ways, yet your character is limited without the mods More hilarious when you walk into the clothes shop, and see the ads showing various outfits and they are not available in that shop
