iTeleportBread
The Second Great War mod requires the completion of the Civil War questline for either the Stormcloaks or the Imperial Legion in order for it to trigger. The Conquest of Skyrim is a WIP mod that currently recommends that you don't partake in the Civil War under the potential of breaking the mod as of writing this. Interestingly, though, installing both mods together doesn't cause conflict with each other, at least not at first. I think there's room and potential to make them work together, so that the Conquest of Skyrim through the CoS mod can somehow trigger the beginning of the Second Great War mod's questline. Jp618
Second this. I was editing the second great war scripts but it is setting all the soldiers in the holds to either imperial or stormclock. So i got stumped on how to incorporate the player faction in this.

I have a few ideas. The first would be an original character affiliated with your CoS faction or your CoS faction's assigned Housecarl or Stewart in the set faction capitol taking the place of the Imperial/Stormcloak character who introduces you to the Second Great War questline. Another idea would be the same Imperial/Stormcloak, only instead of them simply being of the faction you allied with during the Civil War, they work as a representative of the faction you went to war with second. If you wanna lean into accuracy, then ideally, you could leave out a Stormcloak acting as a representative entirely, since they were really a rebellion group, and just stick with meeting the Imperial in Solitude, since the Empire would still have the territory of a nation even after your faction drives them out of Skyrim. There's a bit of a dilemma on how to fix that part of the quest so it can be incorporated properly with CoS, which reminds me of why I'd wanted Conquest of Skyrim to have more diplomatic options and therefore enable the player to conquer the Empire or Stormcloaks through diplomacy like what you can do in Spore's Civilization Stage.
