Followers are constantly going back to their home point

I keep having to go back and get my followers after installing patch 1.6. They are constantly, and randomly being sent back to their home locations for no reason at all. Is there a fix, or possibly a mod I can get that simply eliminates NPCs ever going back to their home location? I've been using the RTS mod, and because of the limit on villagers, I'm using the followers as my town's deputies by having them set in certain spots in wait mode, since they will attack any hostiles within range, even when waiting. With them constantly going back to their starting points, my village is vulnerable to attack when I'm not there! Nothing is worse then seeing all my followers leave, followed by all my villagers dying in a raid D:

The only mod I am using concerning followers is the one that removes the follower limit and karma check; disabling it still causes Dogmeat and any 1 of the other followers following me to randomly leave and go back to their starting points.

Interesting...

Can I come to your house,

The sit at your computer

Start your fallout

Go to your town

Then kill everyone of your followers with a lawn mower blade?

Just wondering?

You kind of sounded like a girl when you said my village is vulnerable.

oh yeah, no kidding, that's the law of the wasteland.

RTS is silly, why don't you just buy a bunch of barbie dolls an make them talk to one another.

I'm kidding, I think though for one you've forgoten the law of the wasteland.

Which is eat or be eatten. That's why it said don't feel bad if you have to shoot grandma in the face with a shotgun.

Sounds to me like a bug with the muli followers.

Does it do it with just one or two followers.

Maybe you should consider vanilla follower rules.

Could also be a navmesh problem

Did you run FO3edit's master update on 1.6?

if not you should...
