Unable to patch game and add mods with frosty mod manager for NFS Unbound

1: Please provide a short description of the issue

-Whenever i try to patch my game and enable the mods i get a error and my mod manager closes out and does not apply the mods.


2: Were you using the Editor or the Mod Manager?

-Mod Manager.


3: Which version of the Editor/Mod Manager are you using (do not say 'latest' and also include the specific alpha/beta number)?

-Frosty Mod Manager 1.0.7.0 nfs unbound version.


4: Has Frosty worked for you before? If so, did anything change (downloaded version, restarted computer, etc)?

-Yes frosty mod manager was working prior to the need for speed unbound volume 6 update came out. i have also downloaded all the updated versions of the mods and am not using any outdated ones.


5: Do you have a cracked/pirated version of the game?

-I am not using a cracked version of the game.

6: Have you extracted all of the zip's contents (files and folders) into an empty folder?

-yes everything has been extracted.


7: Are you using frostyfix to fix launching if you didn't purchase the game on Origin?

-I have not used frosty fix, i have purchased the game on steam .

8: Which game are you trying to mod?

-Need For Speed Unbound

9: Which operating system version are you using?

-Windows 11 version 23H2

10: Please provide a breakdown of the steps performed to produce the issue. (Make sure to list any edits done in the editor, or every mod applied in the mod manager)

-Only thing that changed was nfs unbound had a update to Vol 6, i downloaded updated files for all the mods i was using, i have not edited any plugins.

12: If you're using the Mod Manager, have you tried applying only one mod? Did it work?

- I have tried using one at a time and its still not working, i have even tried multiple different mods 1 at a time.

13: If you're using the Mod Manager, please list the mods you're applying with

-500restarts, infinite capacity, infinite health, mega easy grinding, nfs unbound key, no cops, PS_UI, start first, triple SP_XP.

14: Did you modify, remove, or add any plugins?

-I have not altered any plugin at all.

Hey, I had the same problem. I'm not sure if that will solve for you as well or not.. I went to the folder where the game was installed .. it would be something like /excalibur 

Just deleted the folder ModData. Then started Frosty Mod manager again.

Thank You! i did this also deleted all of my cache and settings files created a new save and also deleted and reinstalled all my FMM files and now its working. thank you for your comment! hopefully this thread can help others!

I don't have the folder in my installed location, I am still getting the erroe :/
