Cyberpunk 2077 that makes screen green after using quick hacks - Can you help please?

Hi guys, 

While I was trying a few collections, a mod was installed that changed the colours onscreen during various activities, one was using a quick hack makes everything onscreen green, it looks terrible and is a real distraction, so I removed the mod, but the colours are still active and I cannot remember what it's called - I added and removed over 100 mods that night while experimenting, now I've learnt to do a few at a time lol

Would anyone know which mod it was, so I can reinstall it, reset it and remove it?

Sorry for the late post but I was having a similar issue just now.

Whenever I used a quickhack my screen would turn green and daylight would look unbearably bright afterwards. But I noticed it went away after using another quickhack.

Then I remembered I'm using Kiroshi Optics Night Vision Mod with a Xbox controller, and the default keybind for this mod on controllers is (LB+X). That just so happens to be the same buttons you have to press to select quickhacks. 

I changed the keybinds to (HOLD_LB+LT) in the Mods menu from the pause screen. Issue resolved.
