Mod Idea: Player Milestone Leveling

 I have seen a few requests for the player's level to be capped until a criteria is met. Some examples are: 

  • Beat a tower boss.
  • Beat a world alpha boss.
  • Explore a new dungeon.
  • Get some Paldeck entries.

 Limiting the amount of experience the player can get until the milestone is achieved might be easier than preventing a level-up or adjusting the level cap.

Any ideas how to do this?
