Looking for BG3 "Create an item" MOD that is updated

Folks,

I'm new to the game, but not gaming.  

I missed the quest for the "Ring of Protection +1" and I can't go back.

Does anyone know of a mod that works with the most recent patch that will allow me to create that ring?
