Dragonborn skin color selection to other races.

Dragonborns and all other races have different skin colors selectors. Is it possible to make dragonborn's one appear while creating other races character? Not just colors, but separate color selector, specially for dragonborn skins. For the case why - I've been trying to make Cambion Wings from "Angel Wings and Halos" mod to be colorable, but not by skin color of your character, and found the way to tie it to dragonborn skin color instead, but since I am not creating dragonborn, I cant change its color this way. So if there's a way to make dragonborn color selector appear, it would solve my proplem
