I have seen a mod like that but on another site that looks to be from a single individual, rather than a modding community like nexus mods. What is making me cautious about getting it and try it, is that to use his/her mods we need to download another software, and that particular mod among others are marked as "premium" mod. Now my problems with this are the following.......

A - Dont know the position of the game developer/publisher towards paid mods, but most game developers dont allow them, because mods usually use portions of code from the game to make them work with the game, and by selling a mod, the author is also selling part of the game code, which usually is considered copyright infraction or piracy. Also, modding is tipically considered a hobby, something created by a fan of the game and shared to other players free of cost, it is not a full time job to be demanded a payment for the work done. Donations are ok, i donated previously for mods for other games, namely for Cities:Skylines mod authors, either direct paypal donation or by subbing their Patreon website for a couple months. But when a mod is locked behind a forced payment, i usually steer away from it.

B- Having to download a software for those specific mods..... Now, if it was some sort of mod manager like vortex is for nexus mods, i wouldnt mind. Same way i downloaded thunderstore mod manager for cities:skylines 2, or curseforge mod manager for other games, since all are trustworthy managers from an entire modding community, while again this software comes from a single person and i have no way to check for reviews to know if its trustworthy or not.

Those 2 things alone make me think it can be a scam, you pay for the mods you want but then you dont get the mods at all, because that piece of software you thought to be a downloader/manager is in fact some spyware or virus making the author getting access to your pc, and therefor your personal data.

The  game has already some nice mods for it and all free of charge, i dont see a reason why mods should be paid when they are NOT an OFFICIAL addition to the game, or unless the developers/publishers publicly announce that they are ok with people asking payment for mods.

Having an auto order feature in more advanced states of the game is indeed almost a requirement to play, but i rather way for something more trustworthy and known to public, or even an official feature, rather than risk a possible scam or virus.
