IStewieAI MODS NOT WORKING

I have all the requirements for his mods, but still any of them works. Its suposes to appear in the Mod Maneger, but nothing. What the hell i doing wrong. Any help?

I find that for most of them, you need to quit the game and restart for them to take effect.
