Game crashes - Issue with KERNEL32.DLL & ntdll.dll

Hello, I'm in the process of redoing my Skyrim SE modlist and after downloading the first "essential mods" I get a crash to desktop on launch. Looking at the Trainwreck - A Crash Logger log file I notice that "KERNEL32.DLL" & "ntdll.dll" are the likely culprits for the crash. Upon further investigation the modlist works fine if I uninstall Skyrim Creation Club Content Patches as its this mod that's causing the crash. I've used this mod before no problem, now on a clean game this mod causes me to crash and the above mentioned files have something to do with it.

For context, I'm running a downgraded version of Skyrim SE (1.6.640), clean install, and also using Kezyma's Curation Club for Mod Organizer as I don't want to use all the CC content, and I'm using "v7.7 Individual Creation Club Patches".

I'm just curious if anyone has encountered this issue or knows what could be causing the problem with  "KERNEL32.DLL" & "ntdll.dll", at least that way I might have a better chance of fixing the crash.
