Problem with Staging Folder

I'm managing Skyrim SE with Vortex and it works perfectly, and now i want to use it in Fallout New Vegas, which is another partition. So i change in Vortex to manage FNV, and change the location of the staging folder to the partition with the game, but when i try this, it starts to moving all the mods that are in the folder used by Skyrim to the location that i chose for FNV.

How can i make separate staging folders for games in different partitions without copy all this content?

Additionally, there is a way to separate the mods of different games in the "Mods" section of Vortex?
