[Mod request] Dragon's dogma 2 / Quest Tome Vendor for those who made a mistake

Sorcerer's Appraisal and Spellbound are two quests that need 5 tomes. 

I used one of them at the beginning of the game not knowing it is a quest related item, so I can't finish the quest.

It would be great if I can get a vendor who sells these quest tomes.
