[Mod Port Request] Owlman armor from Arkham Knight to Fallout 4

Hey guys, I was wondering if i could get some help with porting the Owlman armor mod by Medi from Batman Arkham Knight into Fallout 4.

I don't have much experience in modding other than installing them, but I have been waiting for someone to make a high quality model of this armor for a long time and I would love to be able to use it in one of my favorite games!

I saw there was someone who ported the Batman Beyond armor into Fallout 4, but that creator does not seem active anymore.

If anyone can help me port this over I would be extremely appreciative! Thank you!
