Loot Randomizer mod for Remnant 2

Would anyone be willing to make a mod that randomizes the loot drops in Remnant 2, so that any armor, ring/amulet, weapon material, etc. can drop from any loot source? Obviously key/quest items would be excluded since it would break the game if they weren’t.

Or alternatively, does anyone know where I could learn to mod to try and make this myself? I’ve wanted to get into modding for a while now and I figured something relatively simple like this would be a decent place to start.
