Remove Tifa's Skivvies (FF7 Remake Integrade)

This seems like a completely ridiculous thing to post but after a long while of looking (ashamedly) there seems to be no mod of simply removing Tifa's undies and  leaving the remainder of the model unchanged. Why is this? Has there seriously been no other person who is capable of making mods that has attempted to make this? Or is this one of those situations where many people want it so therefor it's locked behind some modder's patreon? It seems like a very simple task, but I'm not a modder so... there ya go.
