Reinstalled Vortex on a new SSD card

Im having issues after doing a clean reinstall of both game (Baldur's Gate 3) and Vortex on my new SSD card. 

Upon launching it shows a data mismatch error and when I try to load into one of my old saves it shows a message that the correct mods aren't installed even though my Vortex shows them as installed. I'm absolutely terrible at these things so I can't figure out how to get it to match up again so I can continue with my old save game. 
Is there someone that can help me with this?
