Feral Ghouls Sound Rework

Feral Ghouls are Humans that have degenerated into a feral, animalistic state due to radiation rotting their brain over time. The only difference between a regular Ghoul and a Feral is that madness. So why does every mod author make them sound like aliens? Their vocal cords and lungs are Human, albeit deteriorated.
Why don't they scream and cry? Just with the tone of a 75 year old smoker? Why can't they whine when I shoot them from the pain they must still feel? Why can't they cry when they're sitting or laying around? Why don't they scream and howl like madmen when attacking? They only hiss or, if modded, click or some other nonsense?

Can we please get Feral Ghouls that sound like Humans gone mad?
