Terms of surrender

So you know when humanoid enemies go to surrender when they are on their knees or try to escape; it feels like a lost opportunity for the Dragonborn? It would be awesome if an enemy surrenders, maybe the Dragonborn can make them an indentured servant, or a soldier for their crimes. If they agree, maybe you can choose a faction to have them pay for their crime? Maybe shape them into a future follower?

There is a mod, Yield To Me (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/55623), that pretty much does all of this, I got rid of it, because it was not an intuitive process for me.  That might be different for you.  Had to look it up, but I also saw this as a result - Knockout and Surrender - Non-Lethal Pacifist yielding options (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/40556).
