Sons of the Forest - SLOWER golf cart

I've seen a few mods making the golf cart faster in Sons of the Forest, but I wish it was slower! Everyone wants to rip around the map as fast as possible, but I think a slightly slower golf cart would add difficulty since it's too easy to hop into a golf cart and haul ass out of whatever situation you're in. Someone will say something like "don't use the golf cart then" I still want the option of the golf cart to be available to use, but just slightly slower, maybe a mod that adjusts the speed manually instead of just making it faster in general.
