School for the kids.

I'd like a mod, where the kids in the towns go to a small school house, with a teacher.  The kids, instead of running around town from morning until night, go to school for three or four hours, go home to do homework and chores for a few hours and then go out to play for a few hours before going home for dinner and spend time at home.

If you're living in Solitude, for example, the kids to to school.  Perhaps one of the NPCs in the town could hold classes in his or her home.  Classes include, reading, writing (basic scrolls of restore health, magicka, and stamina), arithmetic (basic economics, how to use Septims), music, basic alchemy, and basic magicka (low level restore health, magicka, and stamina potions, and mage light, and basic healing magicka - no offensive spells.)

You could come home, and watch your kids doing homework, practicing casting Mage Light, or basic healing spells.  Your kids might ask you a question about a subject, and you'd talk to them about it.  Every once in a while, your kids will present you with their scroll of Restore Magicka, or with a low level potion of restore health or something.

If you live in a player built home, then you can convert your stable into a guest house.  Then you can hire a tutor,  who will live in the guest house, and who will teach the kids, sometimes in the main dining hall of the manner, and sometimes outside in the patio, or other appropriate part of the manor (alchemy lessons in the main hall, or in the alchemy lab for example).  The kids' schedule would basically be the same as in a town with a school.

As far as hiring tutors goes, you could find them at the Mage College, the Bards' College, in the Yarls' longhouses.
