My vortex is stuck downloading game extensions forever.

Hello, i have this issue where i cant manage any games because when i try to install any extension i have this screen saying "Installing game, Vortex will restart upon completion".

 

I saw a topic where the solution is to log out and log in but it doesnt work for me.

Okay, problem solved somehow opening vortex as an admin worked flawlesly
