[Mod Request] FF14: Long (possibly Dhalmel) Neck

I was dreaming of giving my character a big long neck, heh. Is that feasible? And what would be easier?

- extending the neck of my character (male Hrothgar)

- replace my head and neck with one of a Dhalmel

 

Is this at all possible? Heh. Neck extension I can see as being challenging (even if there are body proportion altering things out there), but I did see people create mods that replaced their heads with Lupine ones or those of other mobs, so I feel like the latter could be done, right?
