HP regen gone wrong! some NPCs have it too RIP :D

I dunno what i have done wrong lmao, but some "boss" NPCs have HP regen too,  i hit them and boom = instant HP back just like i do
- that obviously wasnt my intention lmao, i wanted to be OP and not the other way around

I've changed the HP regen on right and left hand I believe along the medalion (not sure, had my regulation.bin files mixed up for a while)

- But, does anyone know what regulation parameter/cmd it could be that I shouldnt have changed? Currently fighting "Blackguard" (he took a necklace) and he is one of the ppl with HP regen, same with another "boss" that was all blue in a 1v1 duel?

Hope this makes sense and that someone can help lol
