I'm surprised there hasn't been any mod that offers this yet -- at least, I haven't found any mod that makes it so that Divine Intervention is reuseable once per long rest. The only two mods that I have seen that made Divine Intervention reuseable are this one and this one. But neither of them make it so that Divine Intervention is reuseable once per long rest specifically, I believe.
