Supermarket Simulator - Quality of Life - Boxes in Storage

Hey, guys.

Sadly I am unable to program mods myself but i have two ideas for the same problem in the game.
When stacking boxed in the storage some boxed will end up nearly empty when your employees start filling the shelves.
So when two slots for boxes are available you end up using them for 3 instead of 24 items of the same kind.

Would it be possible to either program  a mod that makes employees take nearly empty boxes from the storage first or
else write a mod that combines boxes when the capacity fits?
So when you have milk with max capacity of 12 in a box and you store one with 3 and one with 4 in it, they combine to a single
box of 7 milk, making room for one more box in the storage.
