Skyrim Script Extender VR not Loading

Hi I just wanted to play some Skyrim VR and I noticed Vortex disabled all Mods. I reenabled them and started the Game. Vortex says "Sky UI needs the Script extender." It is installed according to the List. I checked for Updates, I reinstalled both and still got that Error in Vortex and Ingame when starting. I can't even reach the Main Menu because I can't click the Message away.

Also that was allways there but maybe it has to do with the Note that the Script Extender conflicts with itself.
