[Mod request] Dragon's Dogma 2 Scale favorited/friends pawn down to ur level

Can we get a mod to scale pawns down to our level/scale up w/ stats to match? 

Nobody really hires my pawn at 50+ and noticed that my friends 70+ pawns cost way too much RC to hire them and most likely obliterate everything in my playthrough. 

I thought this was a feature in DD1 way back on ps3? Cuz it felt like my favorited/friends pawns were leveling with me or always the same level as me *until I out-levelled them.

Found this out when I started a brand new (not ng+) play-through and tried to hire my friend's pawns and past favorited pawns through ID.
