MOD Request: Quickhack Party Speakers to turn them off or lower volume

I humbly request a mod to add a quickhack or an actionable switch to turn off the Speakers of those party trucks found everywhere.

Or at least to turn the volume down half or near zero.

I've seen mods that turn every sound or all radios but those do have switchable actions to turn them off, but not the speakers. The large ones. (ASIP)
