Fallout 3 GOTY (Steam) doesn't work on Win 10 64bit

Hello,

I just purchased FO3 GOTY and New Vegas. NV works but FO3 doesn't.

Anybody know the issue?

Game won't start. I tried running as admin, I tried all compatibility modes available, I lowered resolution, etc...

I'm running on win 10 64bit. Hardware is capable enough to run most of today games.

As I said I literally bought this two games yesterday for modding purposes. I haven't changed anything, just clean install. When I click play there is a moment of black screen and one tiny screen and right after that goes back to desktop. As for NV, works normal.

M48A5, other than that I don't know what else to say, unless you want to hear a word please help me with a nonworking game?

16GB ram

512GB SSD

RTX 3060Ti 8GB

Win 10 PRO 64bit (Version 22H2)

Might be helpful if you said what version of the game you are playing and where you purchased the game.

Did you purchase the game from Steam and are you playing it on Steam? Did you purchase the game from GOG and are you plying it  from your hard drive or on the internet?

Did you install the updated unofficial Fallout3 patch and did you carefully follow the instructions for installing that patch?

How did you download and install the game? Where is your game installed?

Use this https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/24913 then install FOSE and then install this https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/53635 it says it for New Vegas but it works for FO3.

I already wrote everything. I DIDN'T CHANGE ANYTHING! IT'S A CLEAN INSTALL AND IT DOESN'T WORK!

Why is it not working I don't know and please stop asking me questions that make no sense. What other info do I need to write down to get some useful help to get this game to work ffs?

How did I download this game?

A: Maybe Todd Howard ejaculated info on my screen.

Installed FOSE and I get a message ''Version 1.7.0.4. is unsupported, please downgrade to 1.7.0.3.''
