Is it possible for Total Solar Eclypses, aka The Dark Moon, to exist in Oblivion's Cyrodiil?

I've came across an article that explains about Tamriel Lore that shows that Solar Eclypses have occured in Tamriel, even showing a third moon! A rarity indeed! Now I need to know if it's possible for a solar eclypse, also known in Tamriel Lore as the Dark Moon, to occur in TES-IV: Oblivion's Cyrodiil worldspace?!
