Weird Edge Case: VMM not acknowledging (or reflecting) Deployment fix unless weird UI interaction occurs

   After changing staging folder drives to fix a 'deployment mode is unselected' issue,  VMM fails to reflect the changes until oddly, the notification bell is clicked. In other words, VMM behaves as if the issue is still present; Clicking the bell icon weirdly causes the program(or perhaps the UI) to recognize the change/fix.

Preconditions:
2 Drives to transfer staging folders between
Using Hardlink Deployment Option

Default Deployment options (no symlinks for the game used)

Steps to reproduce this:

1)Open VMM
2)Go to Settings -> Mods
3)Transfer your mod staging folder to another non-game drive (causing a deployment issue)
4)Acknowledge the notification to fix the new deployment issue
5)Return to the Settings -> Mods page.

6)Return your staging folder to your game drive
7)Apply the option 'Hardlink Deployment', fixing the issue
8)Return to the Mods tab(side panel)
9)Verify if error is still persistent (This may be obvious beforehand with the notifications toggle)
        - Attempt to deploy/purge mods etc
