Where is my hare!?

Recommended Posts

Sorry guys, I couldn't resist to use that line as title^^.

However I have a serious problem: I like to give a special npc in a mod I working currently on a squirrel next to her (the squirrel seems to base on a vanilla hare) but the squirrel is running all over the place and is ignoring its X marker heading. Does someone know here why?

Ah and where I am at this topic... Does someone know how to restrict for certain npcs certain areas. I have as example rats in one area of a town but I wouldn't like that they come over to the other part of the town.

If someone could help me with those 2 questions it would be much appreciated!

Isn't it an AI package issue?

If you just copied the encHare record, it comes by default with the DefaultCreatureSandboxEditorLocation4000 package, which allows it to wander anywhere within 4000 units (about 60 yards) of its CK location.  It does not know about your X marker either.

I did not check the details, but I suspect it will also easily activate it's combat override package, which will turn on a fleeing behavior that can send it even further away.
