Ability to change the skill and rate of fire on daedream and dazzi necklace partner skill

The skill that daedream/dazzi use when you have their necklace and have them in your party, has a of slow rate of fire.

Maybe somebody can make a mod which can change the skill and rate of fire through something like a config file. Make daedream use dark arrow or dazzi use plasma tornado, or any other skills in the game.
