Fluid Flux mod idea

I have an idea that would greatly improve the water flow all over Skyrim its called Fluid Flux, it is amazing, so what Fluid flux does is improve the flow of water from a lake all the way to the open ocean, because of the physics of water flow down waterfalls without the need to create multiple usually when a river flows in Skyrim it flows to a waterfall then need to create a second flow from the top of waterfall to bottom then it stops go no further than need to create another water that flows from bottom of the waterfall then continue the have two water seems top of the waterfall to bottom than at bottom of waterfall need to create a water mist to cover up water seem at the bottom of the waterfall, then with fluid flux the water is constant no more water seems and still can create the water mist at the bottom of all waterfall, and also water runs better.  Its just a idea also might be able to create life like ocean waves
