Is there a way to check Reference Handle Cap In-game?

Hey all!

I am looking for a way to find a way to see what is the current Reference Handle number in my save in-game, is there a mod or a console command that can help?
I am aware of the xEdit custom scrip but looking for something that works in-game, thanks!
