FO4: Maxson Battlecoat, no under-armor, no other mod dependencies

In Fallout4, I would like to be able to use a clone of Maxson's battlecoat, without the Brotherhood of Steel under-armor. A coat that can be worn over whatever under-armor the player is wearing. There have been mods like this, but they are now gone. There are a few mods that "mash up" Maxson's longcoat with another bit of under-armor, and there and a couple that require ARMA and/or AWKCR. I'm not a fan of installing 2-3 mods to get one coat.

Don't mind if I have to kill an npc to get it, craft it at a chem-bench, or console it in. Just... the Maxson longcoat that I can wear over ... road leathers, vault suit, synth uniform... whatever the player wants.
