need help - odd visual glitches on the map border of pip-boy

im currently working on planning out map markers for a project(so i know what building space i have) that i plan on in the future when i get better at creation kit. strange stuff happens in-game though, but when i walk over the glitched line it loads just fine, with a hiccup

. (exhibit A)the world at the western border of the pip-boy map

around the same area but closer to the border(slightly moved away to get a better view of exhibit A)

i was wondering if there was a fix for this, i do have the unofficial f4 patch installed but i dont think it solves this

bruh i need help with this it looks like an eyesore(I now also realize the screeenshot resolution and size sucks, thanks steam)
