Elden Ring Mod folder confusion

I am following a tutorial on how to install mods in Elden Ring. They talk about file structure eith chr, action, msg folders etc. I correctly merged regulation.bin files for the mods but have now run into the issue where when merged the chr, action folders, a lot of the files in those folders are named the same and thus can't coexist Ig as I get a prompt asking to overwrite or replace the other same name file.

 

The mods I'm doing are the Deathwalker Greatsword and Heaven splitter gunichiro weapon mod.
