Dyeable Weapons?- Mod Suggestion

I was playing Baldurs Gate 3 Modded as one should and I was dyeing my cloths to match and I got to thinking. What about my weapons? Could I dye those?  I trade a great many weapons and shields and found out only some shields are dyeable and I never found a weapon that was dyeable. So thats my suggestion. Could there be a mod created to dye weapons so you can really get the looks JUUUUUUST right for your epic end create scene. I would assume it would be treated as more of a wepaon skin I suppose and you could put whatever dope skin you want on your weapons. So thats it, thats the vision. Tell me I can't be the only one
