Mods installed but not working

I installed a collection of mods for the game a couple days ago using vortex and they're all installed now, enabled and deployed but when i launch the game it lauches it in vanilla. I haven't been modding for long so i don't really know what the problem is. When installing or deploying vortex keeps spamming errors about "failing to read pak" and that i need to reinstall LSLib/Divine but it is installed, enabled and on the latest version but i read that it's nothing although it happens every time. The collection of mods is called QoL & Extras if that does anything.

Any tips on how to fix this?

This is a general information forum, so you should state the game in your title, first post, or tag the post.  You should also check out the Vortex Support forum in the 'Home' tab, as there are several posts about .pak problems.
