[fo4] a bind that allows a player to turn right while holding a key. with adjustable speeds (yawspeed in call of duty)

is there mod that adds yawspeed to Fallout?

A bind to turn left and right with key instead of using mouse to look around

as the title says, is there a way to bind a key so that i can turn left and right? in Call Of Duty this is referred to as "yawspeed" is there a way to set this up in fo4? does it already exist? cant find an answer anywhere

 

is probably pretty easy to make i just couldnt figure it out.
