After deleting vortex i am unable to take screenshots with nvidia

Goodday, i tried vortex mod manager but it is not my thing and i am totaly fine with the ingame modmanager. I only installed vortex, coupled it with fallout 4 installed a plugin it asked for and then decided that i am fine with the ingame mods. So i uninstalled the plugin first, after that uninstalled vortex, and now every time if i go in fallout 4 (and only fallout 4) it disables for some reason that i am able to take screenshots with nvidia! I can go into any other game and take screnshots, but if i went 1 time in fallout 4 it is not working anymore in no game. I need to disable and enable nvidia ansel in order to get it working again, but again just not in fallout 4 anymore it disables it right away. Never had this and i could take screenshots without issues before i tried out vortex.
