Collection not showing anymore even if told i already downoalded it

Collection - Constellations

So my vortex launcher had a massive crash earlier and only solution was to remove some files wich then proceed to make the launcher work again but my collection (constellations for skyryim) disappear on the collection tab
idk if it's that bad to not have it anymore but anyway, do i need to redownoald my collection for it to appear or ? because vortex tell me when downoalding it again that the collection still around and the mods are still here
