The Frontier vehicles in TTW are turning slow and the animation is very slow to catch up to what is supposed to be happening

Title. The vehicles let me load into them and all works well except that the vehicles turn quite slowly and I cant fire the weapons. I am not sure what has occurred. I am using The Frontier, TTW, and the Frontier Vehicle Patch.
