getting *seasoned* is part of being human, the only part human went wrong when we get enought. it get up in the head. and linings is needed becuse simple fact when a human is online we adapt a diffrent personaly, bc we feel we cant be judget like in real world so we can behave as we want.  part of admin duties is stearing inviduals on right path in forum if not they get warning then bann. sometime highway is faster then warning is passed.

but what is most perkulior is that internet do alters people behavior bc for some reason human manner and self reflect dont exist on internet. internet does alter a version of yourself that you dont display in real life. this is why admin and mods are vital for the internet part, they also are human. they are following the rules as u should. what most people forget is that we all are humans. we have issue, we lash out. but its also you responsibilty to be a human being, no one elses

The issue with online vs in person behaviour is lack of consequences. People are horrible under their actual government names and real face pictures on Facebook or other socials all the time. They know they can get away with it. We can only make it not worth the effort.
