Vortex needs to access "(mod file)" but it either has too restrictive permissions or is locked by another process. If your account has admin rights Vortex can try to unlock the file for you.

My version is 1.10.8

I got a buncha mods (i can provide the full list) all at once, and of course i crashed shortly after loading a save. but now whenever i try to enable or disable any of my mods, i get a popup saying "Vortex needs to access "(mod file)" but it either has too restrictive permissions or is locked by another process. If your account has admin rights Vortex can try to unlock the file for you." how do i fix this?
