[Mod Request] 7 Days to Die Challenge Mod

Hello; I'm curious to know if anyone would be willing to make a challenge mod that will be streamed:

• No Mining or Logging (Sand, Dirt, Ores, Trees etc...)
• No Destroying Property (Houses, Cars, Fences etc...)
• Can't build blocks for houses and what not.
• Only allowed to upgrade/reinforce current blocks placed.
• Can only obtain items from looting, scrapping, crafting, quest rewards or buying from trader
• Removal of treasure map quests and trader quests that involve digging (If a quest item is inside of a cupboard for example that has a broken door; maybe have the doors removed so you can access the quest item?
• Removal of the starting tutorial quests; start with trader quest.
• Bonus: Raid Bosses, Maps flooded with Zombies, Trader only gives 1 random quest at a time. Harder is better
