Fallout 3 modding issue missing textures mods not working

Iv been playing modded fallout 3 for the past week now and it’s been working fine took so time to get everything working I had trouble with textures and certain mods not working but I could put the issue I had two archive invalidations so I used base vortex archive invalidation and properly downloaded fwe and all of the required stuff for it everything worked great and I was loving it I downloaded one mod or two and I was excited to use them cuz they where armor mods now my entire game is broken and went back to missing textures and mods not working properly like archive invalidation isn’t doing what it’s supposed to so iv been working on it for a couple of days reinstalling fallout 3 again turning archive invalidation off and on iv tried installing a manual version and even tried disabling the new mods I had nothing works and im still facing the same issue and I was wondering if anyone would know how to help
